Alex recently moved back to her hometown of Edina after spending 7 glorious years in California. She has a Bachelors degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo and is working on applications for nursing programs. Paige is currently a pre-vet student at the University of Minnesota majoring in Wildlife Biology and minoring in Spanish and Wildlife Care & Handling. She grew up in Appleton, WI, but has fallen in love with the Twin Cities since moving here for school. Her family, including parents, little sister and two goofy & lovable Clumber spaniels Chloe and Finnegan, now reside in Traverse City, MI. Outside of school she enjoys volunteering with animals as much as possible, from volunteering weekly at the Wildlife Rehab Center in Roseville and The Raptor Center on the UMN campus to assisting UMN vet students to participate in their monthly free-clinic, VeTouch. Paige had the opportunity to intern at the Minnesota Zoo last summer, and while she has a great passion for wildlife, she always enjoys taking care of your pets here at the Edina Pet Hospital. She also currently works at the UMN’s Bell Museum of Natural History and has worked in vet clinics for the past 5 years. In any free-time she can find, Paige enjoys spending time with friends and famtdoors, reading, and napping.
